Don is one of seven partners of Mantyla McReynolds. The firm was founded by Don and his partner, Kim McReynolds, in August 1989.
Don graduated from the University of Utah in March of 1978 and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in October of 1980. Don is a member of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and served as an officer-president in the South Valley Chapter of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants from 1990-1994.
 Don and his wife, Sue, have five children and one grandson. He enjoys long-distance running, biking, fly fishing, skiing, water sports and golf. Don is fluent in Thai and lived in Thailand from 1974-1976. Don has served in various unit and district scouting capacities and devotes countless hours to church leadership responsibilities.
