Mark started with the firm part time in 2002. In the summer of 2005, Mark accepted a position with Ernst & Young LLP in Palo Alto, and he and his family moved to Northern California. While there he worked in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services group and worked with several prominent Silicon Valley corporations, and received recognition for significant contribution to the firm. Mark returned to Mantyla McReynolds in October 2007 and specializes in financial statement audits of both publicly-held and privately-held companies.

Mark attended the University of Utah where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in spring 2005. 

Mark and his wife Cecily recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, and have a two year old son, Nash. When not at work Mark enjoys wakeboarding, soccer, skiing, and riding motorcycles.
