Ken is one of seven partners of Mantyla McReynolds. Ken joined the firm in November 1997 and became a partner on January 1, 1999. Ken specializes in taxation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships and has done extensive work in taxation of like-kind exchanges and exempt organizations.
 Ken graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1973. He became a CPA in 1976. Ken has been an adjunct professor of taxation at Westminster College of Salt Lake since 1990. Ken is a member of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants where he has served as Treasurer, Board of Directors and Chairman of the Federal Tax Committee. Before joining Mantyla McReynolds, Ken was a sole proprietor for thirteen years and partner in another CPA firm for seven years.
Ken has been married to his wife, Janet, since 1973. They have six children and two grandchildren. Ken enjoys volunteer service and reading.
