Mantyla McReynolds is a local CPA firm which was established in August of 1989 by Donald G. Mantyla and Kim G McReynolds. Throughout the years, the firm has experienced perpetual growth and now has seven partners and employs approximately thirty people.

We are a full service accounting firm with the qualifications, expertise and resources necessary to assist in a wide range of financial and business needs.

Mantyla McReynolds currently holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Center for Public Company Audit Firms (CPCAF). The firm is also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). As a member of the CPCAF, the firm is required to undergo a rigorous quality control review (audit), performed by another CPA firm. The review is performed every three years and examines all of the internal procedures and records. As a result of those reviews, the firm has obtained unqualified approval to continue performing accounting and auditing work for business clients.
