Mark joined Mantyla McReynolds in February 2003 and is one of seven partners. Mark’s expertise is primarily in small business audits, including SEC, Non-profit, HUD, and Homeowners Associations. He is also experienced in small business and individual taxation.

Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a minor in Japanese, from the University of Utah and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting, from Westminster College. Mark is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mark has twelve years of industry experience; seven of which were spent working as controller of a publicly held manufacturing company. 

Mark and his wife, Tiffany, have four children. Mark likes all sports, but especially enjoys playing golf. He loves to travel and spend time with his family.
