Milt joined Mantyla McReynolds in January of 2008. Milt has had a wide variety of experience in public accounting, including 37 years with a large, international firm. Milt’s experience includes liaison partner and quality review experience on European audits of U.S. multinational companies, while living in Brussels, Belgium. Milt has also had extensive experience on audits of large, multi-location entities for the U.S. Department of Energy, including hydroelectric utilities, oil and gas operations, and nuclear waste.

Milt has served as past president of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants, as chairman of the Utah State Board of Accountancy, and as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Governing Council.

Milt graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in accounting and an MBA degree. He was affiliated with honorary scholastic fraternities, Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi. He has been honored by the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants as its Outstanding CPA and by Beta Alpha Psi as its Outstanding Alumnus.

Milt and his wife Sandy live in Holladay and enjoy cycling, golfing, music, and spending time with their 13 grandchildren.
